Want to add another way to work your chest? I always get tips and ideas from my fitness friends and along the way they introduced this exercise to me. In the video I’m performing a pullover with a 50lb dumbbell. You’ll also get a little shoulder, lat and tricep action with this.

I’m always looking for varations of exercises. This variation of the curl on an incline bench gives a little more pump to those biceps. Give it a shot.

Today’s exercise is the incline dumbbell bench press. This can also be done using a swiss ball to engage the core more. As demonstrated, this exercise targets your upper chest, but also works triceps and shoulders. Give it a shot.
