Whitney Houston Dead At Age 48…(Swipe)
Whitney Houston, who reigned as pop music’s queen until her majestic voice and regal image were ravaged by drug use, erratic behavior and a tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown, has died. She was 48.
Publicist Kristen Foster said Saturday that the singer had died, but the cause and the location of her death were unknown.
At her peak, Houston the golden girl of the music industry. From the middle 1980s to the late 1990s, she was one of the world’s best-selling artists. She wowed audiences with effortless, powerful, and peerless vocals that were rooted in the black church but made palatable to the masses with a pop sheen.

Common Confirms Shots At Drake
Common states that” if the hat fits wear it” making reference to the jewels he dropped on the hip hop masterpiece “Sweet”
Allegedly this beef is over a female, namely Serena Williams. As many recall, Common and Serena were heavily involved at one point. In a recent edition of Complex Magazine, Drake was quoted:
“I really, really love and care for Serena Williams. She’s incredible. That’s someone I’m proud to say I know. She’s definitely in my life and I’m in her life. It’s great to watch her play tennis. Very impressive.”
Earlier we sent out the latest Pusha-T subliminal aimed in Drake’s direction. The record he chose to send the shots happened to be Common’s “Sweet” off of his new album, The Dreamer/The Believer, which is available today.
Drake usually takes the diplomatic approach to “beef,” but insists he’s down to joust with anyone. On the Pusha T beef:
“I’ve never really had an issue with him. But it’s a frustrating time for alot of people right now, I get it. So if it’s directed at me, just make it a little more direct next time. I’m up for whatever. I didn’t take offense…”
So let’s see how he chooses to handle this situation with Common, IF he chooses to. Common confirming that he was talking to him, should be the direct shot that he’s requested. Stay Tuned… Drake dont want none.
Forbes Predicts That Puffy Will Be First Hop Hop Billionaire!!!
Forbes magazine released its Forbes 400 list of America’s richest citizens, but no Hip Hop moguls managed to make the cut. Analyzing the race to become Hip Hop’s first billionaire, the publication predicts that Sean “Diddy” Combs will be the first to cross the billi mark with his current estimated net worth of $500 million.
The magazine explains that Diddy’s vodka deal with Diageo as an owner of Ciroc could increase his net worth. The Bad Boy honcho rakes in annual profits from the growing brand and could get a large payout if it’s sold. Additionally, his stakes in Sean John and Enyce as well as marketing firm Blue Flame and Bad Boy could put him ahead of Jay-Z as Hip Hop’s richest figure.
Birdman disagreed, proclaiming that Young Money Cash Money will earn an ninth zero before anyone else. “I think Young Money Cash Money would be the first billion-dollar brand in hip-hop,” he wrote in an email. “We strong and growing every day as a brand and fast. Within the next few years we will be billionaires.”

Ray J And Fabolous Have Fight In Las Vegas!!!!
Well, TMZ obtained footage of the Vegas nightclub brawl, which shows Ray J arguing with Fab — who is off the screen — while 50 Cent stands in between them with a big grin on his face.
According to the gossip site, Fif had encouraged the singer/reality star to confront Fabolous about their recent Twitter feud — and he finally decided to get in Fab’s face at Moon nightclub inside The Palms casino.
However, when things got physical 50 actually jumped in to break things up … which eventually got Ray booted from the club.
While Ray told The Breakfast Club radio show he punched Fab in the face, Fab claims is was a brief shove which was immediately broken up.

After years of denying endless pregnancy rumors, Beyoncé finally has some good news to share.
The “Single Ladies” singer is pregnant.
Beyoncé held her belly as she arrived at the Video Music Awards Sunday wearing a long, red dress, quite the opposite of her normal midriff-baring stage costumes.
When addressing photographers on the red carpet, Beyoncé said, “I have a surprise!” People reported.
Beyoncé’s rep later confirmed the news to the magazine. “I’m happy to say it’s true,” the rep said, according to People.
In a June interview special on “Piers Morgan Tonight,” the “Single Ladies” singer said she looked forward to parenthood.
“I always said I would have a baby at 30,” said the singer whose 30th birthday is September 4.
Apparently, Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z has also had children on his mind. He and Kanye rapped about fatherhood on “New Day” from their new album, “Watch The Throne.”

Ja Rule Will Release Pain Is Love II From Behind Bars Oct 11th
Ja Rule originally intended to release his new album Pain is Love 2 on June 7th, the day before he entered prison to begin serving a two-year bid for weapons possession. But in the weeks leading up to the album’s release, Ja realized that they wouldn’t be making their deadline.
According to producer 7 Aurelius, Ja wanted to focus on making better records and exceeded the amount of time for distribution shingle Fontana to match the date.
“The plan changed mostly because of the level and quality of the records we were making,” 7 told MIO. “We have exhausted every possible way to have it available on iTunes for pre-order on the 7th. The main issue is that Fontana needs the album turned in before they will release a date, or even start their process which is normally sixty days for digital and hard copy.”
