#BrainsAndGains Exercise of the Day: Dumbbell Pullovers

Want to add another way to work your chest? I always get tips and ideas from my fitness friends and along the way they introduced this exercise to me. In the video I’m performing a┬ápullover with a 50lb dumbbell. You’ll also get a little shoulder, lat and tricep action with this.
