Some may think I go overboard with my technology, I say it allows me to be more efficient. These days everywhere you look people are working out. That’s great! However, how do they know if they’re maximizing they’re potential. Well, there’s an app and a tool to track that. 2014 was the year of the wearable technology. All the top tech manufactures have gotten involved.
When working out, everyone’s goal is to see progress – whether it’s to lose weight, bulk up, lean etc. There are tons of options out there to help you achieve your goal, from the Nike Fuel band, Jawbone UP band, the Fitbit or various others. These bands collect data and help you achieve your goals. I personally use the Jawbone UP24 which constantly tracks steps and sleeping habits. The app also includes a food and exercise tracker and provides tips based upon your activities. There’s tons of data that can be used to help you achieve your goal.
