Growing up there were just certain things that was considered by everyone to be tradition. As long as I can remember American society has has shown that people grow up get a job, get married have kids and buy the house with the white picket fence. The largest purchase is typically your house, after being a homeowner and the thought of paying on it for 30 years just seems ludicrous unless it’s the house of my dreams. Well the article that was just recently published is showing ways around it. I think in the next 5-7 years, 15 year mortgages will be more mainstream, maybe another time I’ll dive into the pluses into doing a shorter mortgage. As we know typically a shorter term loan on purchases generally means a higher monthly payment. Well sit back, click the link below and maybe this may provide another option for you your next house purchase.
